Menu Explanations - Bree skink is a traditional seafood soup, shellfish and some Smoked haddock, irish moss is seawed.
Boxty pancake- potato pancake.
Granita, like a sorbet but coarser.
Barmbrack- dark porter and dried fruit cake.
Flummery- whipped egg, oats & cream .
Coniferous Honey- Made from coniferouse tree sap rather than flower stamens pollen.
